Our Specialist Insurance Service aims to protect the Trustee and to avoid certain issues which may cause problems, especially in the event of a claim. The service includes a full review of potential obligations and exposures, and looks to provide insurance solutions to these issues.

CCV Jersey is able to provide both Portfolio and Multi-Property Policies for Trustees dealing with large books of property assets which streamlines the internal administration involved in the managing of the insurance on these assets and can result in highly cost-effective premium rates.

The service also includes internal CPD training events for Trust staff, and a CCV Jersey aide-memoire to ensure that all the appropriate ‘risk’ information that would be required by underwriters are obtained. This also assists in ensuring that all relevant assets are included in the policy and nothing is missed.
